1. Booking and Payment


1.1. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit of [X]% of the total hire amount has been received.

3. Delivery, Setup, and Collection

3.2. The customer must ensure clear and safe access to the event site at the agreed times.

3.3. [Your Business Name] will not be responsible for delays caused by access restrictions, poor ground conditions, or inaccurate site information.

3.4. Equipment must not be moved, altered, or dismantled by anyone other than authorised staff of [Your Business Name].

3.5. Any waiting time or additional site visits may incur extra charges.


4. Use of Hired Equipment

4.1. All hired items remain the property of [Your Business Name] at all times.

4.2. The customer is responsible for ensuring all hired items are used safely, appropriately, and for their intended purpose only.

4.5. The customer shall be liable for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged or missing equipment.


5. Liability and Insurance

7.3. The customer agrees not to sub-hire or lend any equipment to third parties.

8. Collection and Site Clearance
