1. Booking and Payment

1.1. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit of [X]% of the total hire amount has been received.

3. Delivery, Installation, and Collection

3.2. The customer must ensure clear and safe access for delivery vehicles and staff.

3.3. Any waiting time, failed delivery, or collection due to lack of access may incur additional charges.

3.5. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the event site is safe, level, and suitable for the hired items.

3.6. Setup and styling services are carried out according to the agreed design proposal. Any last-minute changes may incur an additional fee.


4. Use and Care of Hired Items

4.2. The customer is responsible for all hired items from the time of delivery until collection.

4.3. Items must not be moved, modified, glued, stapled, or painted.

4.4. Decorations, flowers, candles, and accessories must be used responsibly to avoid fire hazards or staining.

4.6. Damaged, missing, or heavily soiled items will be charged at full replacement value.


5. Liability and Insurance

6.3. Any charges or fees imposed by the venue (e.g. loading restrictions, late-night access fees) are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Safety and Supervision

7.2. Once installation is complete, items must not be moved or adjusted by unauthorised persons.

8. Collection and Site Clearance

8.1. All items must be available for collection at the agreed time.

8.2. Any delays, loss of access, or additional cleaning required may incur additional charges.

9. Force Majeure
